Southern Heritage Construction builds homes in all price ranges. We usually build a few a year as 'spec' homes, and the rest are custom built for customers. We participated in the Home Builder Association's Parade of Homes in 2004 and again in 2005. These photos represent what we can do when the WOW factor is the ultimate goal. Both houses sold to discriminating buyers who liked what they saw.
